Private Pay Rates

  • Associate-Level Therapists $165–175
  • Licensed Therapists $185–195
  • Psychiatry Intake $275
  • Psychiatry Follow-Up $150–180

Additional support options:

  • Groups and workshops offered at lower rates

Understanding Your Insurance

Deductible

The amount you pay before your insurance begins contributing toward services.

Copay

A fixed amount due at each appointment.

Coinsurance

The percentage you're responsible for after your deductible has been met.

Claim Denials

If your insurance company denies coverage due to eligibility or plan limitations, you remain responsible for the balance.

Our team will always help explain what happened and answer your questions.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—are subject to a $130 cancellation fee.

Because we know life happens, we waive this fee once as a courtesy.
