CLINICAL THERAPIST

Specializes in physical illness, pain, and the mind-body connection, plus grief and NICU-related loss

Carli earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida.

Carli works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, major life transitions, and health-related challenges. Her background gives her a particular lens on the mind-body connection, and she's especially drawn to working with clients managing chronic illness, physical pain, or the emotional weight of a diagnosis.

She also has specialized experience with grief and loss, including NICU-related loss, which began during her NICU social work internship and has continued to grow throughout her clinical career. Carli also enjoys supporting college students and young adults in transition around managing stress, self-discovery, and the shift into adulthood, as well as clients more broadly navigating anxiety and grief. She has a particular focus on supporting clients through seasons of change, adjusting to a new diagnosis or identity, or moving through loss, illness, or uncertainty.
