Howard is a graduate of Oakland University (BSN) and Wayne State University (MSN).
As a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Howard brings broad experience across inpatient hospitals, community mental health, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinics, treating teens and adults with a wide range of presenting mental health needs, from severe mental illness, including psychotic and mood disorders like bipolar disorder, to anxiety, depression, and maternal mental health. He brings the same depth of listening and care to every client he sees.
